Mr. Brice is president of CarVal Investors, a member of the executive team and chief investment officer for the firm’s credit businesses. Mr. Brice joined the Global Capital Markets division of Cargill in 1996 where he worked on the European equity arbitrage desk.

Mr. Clark is a member of the executive team and chief investment officer for CarVal Investors’ real estate business. He serves on all investment committees for the firm and is responsible for capital market activities.

Mr. Vorbrich is chief financial officer of CarVal Investors and a member of the executive team. He is responsible for leading the firm’s global operations and serves on all investment committees. Mr. Vorbrich joined Cargill’s Law Department in 1994 where his practice supported Cargill Value Investment.
